Collage in the slum

Collage workshop for kids in the Ijora-Badia community, guiding them through the art of assembling pieces to create unique stories. They explored materials, learned design basics, and unleashed their creativity in new and exciting ways.

CNN freedom day

Slum Art Foundation, a CSR capacity building project with a focus on mentoring, restructuring mindsets and developing the creative talents of children living within slums held an exhibition and painting session with the kids in the slum to commemorate #MyFreedomDay in Ijora-Badia, Lagos.

What we are working on

Pet bottle school

We completed the construction of a school in the Ijora-Badia community using recycled PET plastic bottles. This innovative project not only provides a safe learning environment for the kids but also promotes sustainability and environmental awareness. The school stands as a testament to the power of creativity and resourcefulness, transforming waste into a place where education and growth thrive
